Christmas idea: If you are making the movie baskets but don't want to spend to much on a wicker basket then try a wash tub. You can pick up a small container at Walmart for $1.97 in red, white, or black. This is something that can be reused over and over and over again. Use to put soapy water in and clean your car, use it to hold toys, it is a perfect container. Thanks to Kim's mother for this find.

I want to respond to a comment made on the last two posts: Target is a great store to go to because if a coupon beeps they look at it briefly, realize that you bought the thing and send it on through! You don't feel like they are scrutinizing you like you are trying to scam them. I try very hard to not abuse the coupons because quite frankly I don't want them to take away my right to use them. The Wal-Mart episode on Monday was stupid. Think about it. I may have been getting the product for nothing but tax BUT they would have gotten the $2 back from the manufacturer when they sent in the coupon and redeemed the price. By refusing to use the coupon they lost the whole sale and got nothing! I had my son with me and I was in a hurry so I just didn't really want to do 6 transactions nor did I want to argue with the manager at that point in time, but one of these days...POW!, right in the kisser...:) Just kidding, I really love that line from the Honeymooners, it is just timeless. Anyway, lets move on....

Christmas idea: I really love this idea. I received one of these as a bridesmaid's gift and they are really neat. It is called Wish a Pearl. Before I get started I have to say that I had a distasteful experience at my local Walgreens. I purchased two children's toothpaste items that were 2/$4 used two coupons and got a RR for $2. Then I was going to use the $2 coupon on my next order, and well it just wouldn't let me. Some sorry excuse about how the purchase was over...the total price was $5.xx and the tax was .92. I told them to call a manager because it should go, well he looked at my receipt and said, "You used a lot of coupons.." I said, "Yeah, but it is still not over and I should be able to use my RR." He just commented that it wouldn't take it so that was that. I gave my RR to someone in the store and told them I hoped they had better luck and I wouldn't be coming back. IF, and that is a BIG IF, I go to Walgreens it will be at another store. Why make an offer that a person can't even use. The same thing happened to my friend last week. They seem to have a problem letting you use your coupons if they have something on sale. If you do decide to visit their establishment and you use RRs make sure to use it first before you use any other coupons. I wish each of you luck.
