Nov. 16th to Nov 22nd

This is the local deals that I found, some are okay, some are good, and some are awesome. All the coupons that I mention are either from the newspaper OR from the internet. Any internet coupon should be available on a past blog post because if I get printed them I always give them to you as well. Just a reminder if you are not close to an Ingles, Big Lots, or Target take the ad to Wal-Mart and have them price check the item. The only place this doesn't really help you is at Kroger because you don't benefit from the doubling.

Now for the key:
c = coupon
dc = double coupon, store does this

If you are just joining me for the day and you think this was it for today then think again..:) I am on the ball and this is extra. Read the post from this morning to get the Kroger goodies. CVS was also added this morning. I do need to add two things to Kroger:
