First of all just to let you guys know I am having some trouble with my email. It seems that email is going out but I can't get in to come in, so I need your help. Since I won't have any email deals we are just going to go through the sale ads. Remember that I pick what I think is the best deal. That does not mean everything on sale, just the stuff that I think is really good.

Free Ham or Turkey - This is what Alicia talked about on her blog this past week. You have to have the form from the paper, it was with the coupons. Just to let you guys know Ingles is doing triple coupons this week. They will triple any coupon .50 and under...the only thing is that you can only use 3 coupons per $10. The most you can save would be $4.50 off of a $10 purchase with the triples, then you could use other coupons that they wouldn't triple in the same $10. Good luck to any that try this.
