Monday, Monday, Monday

I have to start by saying sorry to all my followers. I realize I haven't quite been on top of the game here lately. This week I am afraid to say will probably start a little behind but we will catch up.

If you read this next paragraph and you know my mother then, mums the word! I don't want her to know about this...I want to see if she notices when she comes to visit this weekend. The reason I haven't doing as much on the blog is because I have been negotiating a deal for a newer vehicle. I finally finished with that yesterday! Yes, I finally got a better vehicle. For the past several weeks I have been emailing different dealerships, isn't the internet wonderful, researching reviews, and checking out different vans. I kinda knew what I was looking for but I was having trouble settling and making my price. Finally the internet sales manager at Jim Cogdill Dodge, his name is Ken Cook, really helped me out. Bless his heart, I must have emailed him 100 different questions. Everything that came to my mind I would ask him and he would answer. It took me over a week and a half to actually call him, he was probably beginning to wonder if I was real or not! Anyway, he even did extra work to get more money on my trade, he got me a newer van than I could have EVER have hoped for AND he got it cheaper than the price I said I was willing to pay! It was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car lot and trust me that is saying alot. It was just a little sad letting go of the van that I had drove for over 7 years. My middle daughter was one year old when we purchased it and she kept asking what are they going to do with it, and I tried to explain that someone else would buy it and drive it just like we did. I think she will be okay once the DVD player gets installed on Friday in the newer van. Anyway, I just had to praise Ken because he did such a great job. All I can say is Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

  3. Congratulations on the vehicle! And I'm in total awe of your vehicle shopping prowess!

For the right guard - there are 2.00/1 coupons in the aerosol spray boxes - you have to cut them out as they are actually printed on the inside of the box. :)
