Used the Macaroni coupon at Walmart, here is how it worked:
x2 Velveeta shells and cheese (price matched from Family Dollar) $1.50 x2 = $3
x2 Kraft macaroni $.50 x2 = $1
$3 - $1 - (2) $1 ic = $2 for all 4 or .50 a piece!
