CVS deal

Okay I know that I have already blown some of you away with that last post but for those of you that are already hot and heavy into coupons I had to share this CVS idea. Use it if you like. Remember that the sale's last day is Saturday, October 4.

First purchase:
Covergirl liquid makeup $5.49 - $1 (coupon) - BOGO c.=$4.49 + $5 ECB (Extra Care Bucks)
Get the liquid makeup and another cover girl product (pick another product that you want) and use the $1 coupon from last week's paper and the Buy One Get One coupon from the paper to get two Covergirl products for $4.49.

Contour Meter $14.99 - $14.99 (c. say up to $30) = $0 + $5 ECB back

So $4.49 + tax out of pocket with $10 ECB back ($5 and $5)

Second purchase:
Giletter razor $9.99 - $4 (c) = $5.99 - $5 ECB (from purchase one) = .99 + $5 ECB back


So for the two Covergirl products, Contour Meter, and Gilette Razor total out of pocket: $4.49 + .99 = $5.48 + tax, with $10 ECB remaining for next week!

This is just a small example of how the CVS deals work. Of course this is just one example out of many.

All You Magazine and Coupons

For any of you who are new to the couponing world and are wondering, "Where do I find good coupons?" Look no further, All You Magazine is for YOU! This magazine is full of useful coupons. You can sign up to receive this magazine on line at www.allyou.com or you can purchase it on the Wal-Mart shelf (from this blog you would think I owned stock in Wal-Mart!) for around $1.80 an issue. During the month of October you might want to check with your local girl scout organization before purchasing. There are units that are selling nuts as well as magazines. In my area they are selling 7 issues for $10 or 15 issues for $20 with a free gift. This is a great way to support the girl scouts, save money, and get some great coupons.
