Calling all bloggers, HELP!

I have had a background from The Cutest Blog on the Block forever! It has been so long that I quite honestly forgot how to change the thing! Anyway, I have received a message that states that my background will be over as of July 23rd! I have googled free templates and I will be honest that I am having a hard time finding anything I like, as well as I don't want to download zip files and all that other jazz. Just give me the good old fashion code to plug in...at least I think I figured out how to do that again.

Anyone out there using The Cutest Blog on the Block that wants to share what they are going to do now?
