More Walgreens ideas for this week

If you want/need more Walgreens ideas for this past week then check out the comments that Alicia left on the October 25, 2009 post "Coupons and Walgreens". She did a lot of work. I appreciate it! There are a lot of great ways to roll over items and use the least amount off oop possible. Make sure to read the comments to help you this week.

P.S. To Alicia....I have had a terrible time keeping up with my blog. I am trying to do more now but as you can all see it is slow sometimes. I am going to try to do it on a more regular basis if possible.

To everyone: I did EXCELLENT at Kroger this week. Quite a few items after manu. c. and shortcut coupons turn out to be completely free for example: Chex mix, AND Chocolate Chex mix. Lots of items came in at .49, like Smart Balance Healthy Right Butter with a $1 c., Smart Balance 50/50 sticks with $1c, Streamfresh vegetables lightly sauced with .50c, this is just to name a few that I remember. If you just need a cheaper filler to get you up to your next multiple of 10 there is Bumble Bee tuna in a pouch for .39 OR Del Monte tomatoes diced for .49 (price after the .50 is taken off). There is also no limit, I had 50 of the special items and $5 came off 5 times. I think that I paid $109 for 81 items.

Oh, and I have to mention that if you have a $3 vocalpoint coupon for Kashi Go Lean cereal and you are headed to Target they have the cereal for $2.75 AND if you have the $3 coupon they will take off the whole amount!

Okay now I really have to run and check on my girls, they are quiet, too quiet. :)

  1. Glad I could help!

For Target - remember you can use a MQ + a TQ AND!!!! they now price match ads from other retailers. It has to be the actual ad - not printed from the internet.

They have a current TQ for 1.00/1 Kellogg's cereal. CVS has some advertised for 2/4.00. Kroger has blinkies for 1.00/1 Apple Jacks or Fruit Loops. If you price match the cereal to 2/4.00, you can use the blinkie from Kroger and the Target printed coupon (found at organicgrocerydeals.com) for free cereal.

You may want to ask when you first go into the store how they handle price matching. Some require you go to guest services while other stores let you price match at the register.

The price matching will come in beautifully for the holidays! I like the option of not having to run around to 20 different stores!
